Automatic Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, SkillMynte operates on a no-refund policy for subscription fees. Once you have purchased a subscription and gained access to our course content, we do not provide refunds, except where required by Nigerian law.

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for assistance.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

SkillMynte reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service.

Grounds for Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Sharing or distributing copyrighted course materials
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or free trials
• Any behavior that disrupts the learning experience of other users

In the event of account termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees, and you will immediately lose access to all course materials and platform features.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on SkillMynte, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SkillMynte or our content providers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

User Rights and Restrictions

When you subscribe to SkillMynte, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal educational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Resell, rent, or sublicense access to any SkillMynte content
